TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS:

If you wish to return an item, please notify via Email: genevievebuchananinteriors@gmail.com  within 4 days of receiving your goods explaining your reason for return.

We do not accept returns for change of mind claims.

If your reason for return is the item sent to be faulty or the wrong item, we require a photo of evidence, sent via Email: genevievebuchananinterios@gmail.com .This will speed up the returns process.

If Genevieve Buchanan Interiors accepts your reason for the return of the item, it must be returned to Genevieve Buchanan Interiors within 21 days after purchase.

The item must be returned in perfect & undamaged condition.

The item must be returned with all labels attached and packaging.

Returned items must be returned to Genevieve Buchanan Interiors via a tracked and insured delivery service.

Return shipping costs to Genevieve Buchanan Interiors are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is found to be the wrong item sent.

A full refund of the item is not guaranteed until the item has been received by Genevieve Buchanan Interiors and approved the items condition.

If the item is faulty or damaged,Genevieve Buchanan Interiors will reimburse you the full purchase price. You will be contacted by a representative from Genevieve Buchanan Interiors advising you of your refund entitlement. 

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS:

Genevieve Buchanan Interiors is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels & cannot offer refunds on lost or stolen items.

EXCLUSIONS to RETURNS:

Custom made items may not be returned or exchanged. Custom made purchases are final.

We suggest you request a cutting of the fabric for custom made shades.

Fabric cuttings for custom made shades can be ordered for a small fee of $6.00 per cutting.

Genevieve Buchanan Interiors advises you order fabric cuttings because fabric colours can vary from computer to computer and there are no refunds on custom made items.
